Music My favorite artist is Sting, but I also really enjoy Disturbed, Nickelback among other metal bands, I really love most 80's music, except the songs they beat to death on the radio, and I also really enjoy oldies, big band and a bit of british rock.

Movies I'm a huge Sci-Fi fan, but I also enjoy Fantasy, Horror (especially J-horror), Suspense, old Murder Mysteries and just about anything with a serial killer in it.

TV Again, big Sci-Fi fan..grew up with Star Trek and one of my fave shows was Farscape. I also enjoy murder dramas, especially CSI and many many british shows.

Books I don't get to read nearly as much as I'd like to, but again, I love murder mysteries and serial killer stories. I also just adore the Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy books/raido dramas, and am trying to read many more Craft books when I can.

Likes My beautiful family, Honesty, Love, fresh coffee smell, the smell of rain coming, feeling the grass between my toes, standing in a warm rain for a kiss, my path, my friends whom I hold close to my heart

Dislikes Posers, whiners, dishonesty, math, camping, being broke (which I usually am), working (job not craft), people who insist on making small talk on elevators, people who are morning people and get in my face before I wake up...

Hobbies I have so many it's hard to list them all.

Vices You just never mind!

Virtues I'm the best friend you could ever have. I am loyal and I will just go out of my way to make other's happy (which is sometimes my curse) I have lots of love to give my family and friends and nothing makes me happier than seeing my loved ones smile back at me.

Heroes My mom. Who's survived more in her lifetime than most people could ever deal with and thru it all she is happy and smiling and enjoying her life and her love. And here she is...

Hello all!

This is my first blog post ever, and my first time on Covenspace. I am new to blogging so bare with me.

As I said in my profile, I am the mother of 2 girls. Morgan who's 5 going on 6 in December and Jaina who is just now 3 months old. I have been married for going on 13 years now. Oooh a lucky number!

I am a big sci-fi fan and met my husband because of it. I am very close to my mom but I haven't seen my dad in almost 6 years now. I have a complicated past and we'll just leave it at that for now.

I came upon my path late in life. Sadly, I am not a hereditary and I don't have beautiful stories of long family traditions with centuries of tales to tell. Wish I did. But perhaps my descendants will speak of their long lost grandmother who started it all!! :-D

I have met some really amazing people on my journey to this path. Some live in my town, some live in my computer, but all of them are close to my heart. I post frequently on a yahoo group for Pagans run by a wonderful man. You too can have access to this group thru his web site at http://www.controverscial.com/ plus he has loads of helpful information.

I found out about Covenspace thru this online family and I am glad to be a part of it. One of these days I'll find the time to finish my own site too!
